Solution

Previously, the company was sending their pallets using manual pallet jacks. This led to several issues such as:

• Shortage of manpower
• Unattended Goods sent to packaging stations
• Potential of Goods were damaged during the transfer

After implementing our AMR system, the customer placed the Goods with Pallets Jack at predefined stations and called for the AMR using a call button for automatic delivery to the packaging station.
